Job description
The Sales Account Manager for Bayut & dubizzle manages a portfolio of clients in the real estate sector, supporting their business needs with tailored solutions. The role involves driving the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed deals, prospecting potential clients through direct methods such as calls and meetings, and indirect methods like networking and social selling. The manager qualifies prospects, consults on business challenges and solution options, maintains a high level of domain knowledge, drafts proposals, reports on sales activity, maintains CRM records, provides forecasts, and collaborates with marketing for lead generation campaigns. They also provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to enhance offerings, while representing the company professionally and ethically in the marketplace.

Key responsibilities
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Prospect potential customers using direct and indirect methods within the assigned territory
- Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales opportunities
- Consult with prospects on business challenges, requirements, and cost-benefit analysis of solutions
- Maintain up-to-date domain knowledge to conduct meaningful sales conversations
- Draft and deliver proposals tailored to client needs
- Report daily sales activities and maintain detailed CRM records for follow-up
- Provide forecasts on sales volumes and support marketing campaigns for lead generation
- Provide feedback to sales management on sales process improvements, market trends, and competitive threats
- Represent the company and its brand with professionalism and integrity
Experience & skills
- Minimum secondary education; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid UAE driving license
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience
- Intermediate knowledge of sales processes and account management
- Ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Flexibility to learn new products and services over time
