Job description
The Community Executive in Abu Dhabi is responsible for managing day-to-day community operations, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maintaining community standards. The role includes handling owner and resident queries, processing move-ins and move-outs, enforcing community rules, conducting inspections, managing occupancy and budgets, coordinating events, and monitoring service provider performance. The position requires close collaboration with the community manager, board, and service providers to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and a harmonious living environment.

Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries within SLA and KPI timelines.
- Prepare and send notices as required.
- Process move-in and move-out requests, ensuring occupancy records are up to date.
- Prepare newsletters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and trackers.
- Save all communications for record-keeping.
- Assist with administration, accounting, and database management systems.
- Assist the community manager in preparing for board and committee meetings.
- Update, send, approve, and save meeting minutes.
- Work with the board to ensure agreed actions are implemented.
- Assist in preparation for Annual General Assembly (AGA).
- Assist in drafting reports.
- Manage service fee collection and payments.
- Assist in preparing requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Ensure PRs and POs are issued on time.
- Prepare for enhancement projects and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain community standards.
- Monitor service provider performance.
- Raise maintenance tickets and ensure quality of completed work.
- Ensure statutory compliance with state/emirate laws.
- Coordinate with specialized service providers and monitor their performance.
- Conduct site visits with contractors and ensure work is completed as per scope.
- Understand and communicate basic technical matters to non-technical stakeholders.
- Plan and propose community events.
- Coordinate with marketing for event planning, sponsorships, and compliance.
- Attend community events.
- Ensure common areas are maintained and promote harmonious living.
- Enforce community rules and mediate disputes when necessary.
Experience & skills
- Diploma in hospitality, real estate, property management, or equivalent.
- M-100 Community Association Management certification preferred but not mandatory.
- 2-3 years of experience in community management, owner association, or relevant field.
- Technical understanding of building maintenance and service provider coordination.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience in event planning and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of local regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
