Job description

The role sits within Accenture Strategy & Consulting, focused on CFO & Enterprise Value (CFO&EV) finance transformation engagements, specifically around Global Business Services, Shared Service Centers, and Centers of Excellence. The position involves advising clients on digital process transformation, organization structure design, working capital optimization, strategic cost optimization, and treasury operations. The manager is responsible for performing assessments and designs of Shared Services, defining Target Operating Models, creating detailed Governance and Interaction Models, preparing organizations for transition, establishing baselines across multiple sites, and developing business cases for proposed organizational structures. The role includes conducting Shared Service feasibility assessments, benchmarking projects, and proposing end-to-end Transformation Roadmaps. It also requires contributing to assessments on how GenAI and Agentic architecture can be leveraged to generate efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction. The position involves implementing performance and continuous improvement measures, contributing to change impact assessments for transitioned business units, and supporting business development activities including identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and presenting to clients. The role is positioned within Accenture’s broader strategy of delivering tech-enabled transformation, leveraging AI, GenAI, and global delivery capabilities across industries, with a specific preference for experience in Resources and Oil & Gas sectors.
