Job description
Band 4 role within duâs Consumer Sales (Customer & Channels) division, reporting to the Senior Director Mass Market, responsible for leading regional sales execution across the UAE mass consumer market. The Regional Sales Manager drives sales target achievement by strategically managing activities and optimizing regional performance; oversees regional implementation of sales strategies and initiatives aligned with company objectives; develops market penetration strategies to increase market share and coverage; builds and strengthens relationships with key sales partners and distributors to align with regional objectives; identifies and promotes new services that meet consumer needs to expand offerings beyond core solutions; monitors performance across the region, providing guidance, support and actionable insights to partners and teams; ensures sales teams and partners are equipped via continuous training and development; collaborates with internal teams (marketing, product development, operations) to align sales strategies with business goals and ensure smooth go-to-market; and provides regular reports on sales performance, market trends and partner engagement with insights and recommendations. Qualifications include a Bachelor degree (preferred in Business Administration, Telecom, Sales or Marketing), minimum 3â4 yearsâ experience in sales management with multi-site/channels management, understanding of the telecommunications industry and regulatory procedures, and strong people management/leadership, with competencies at Level 3 (Band 4): Think strategically, Achieve tangible results, Lead breakthrough change, Exceed customer expectations, Nurture, Inspire and Motivate, and Target win-win outcomes.

- Lead efforts to meet and exceed regional mass market sales targets by strategically managing sales activities and optimizing performance
- Oversee regional implementation of sales strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and seamless execution
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and expand consumer segment reach, ensuring broad market coverage
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key sales partners and distributors to align with regional sales objectives and growth strategies
- Identify and promote new services aligned with consumer needs to expand offerings beyond core solutions and drive growth
- Regularly assess regional sales performance, providing guidance, support, and actionable insights to partners and teams to maximize results
- Ensure sales teams and partners are equipped with product knowledge and sales skills through continuous training and development programs
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to align sales strategies with business goals and ensure smooth go-to-market initiatives
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and partner engagement with insights and recommendations to optimize strategies
Experience & skills
- Bachelor degree, preferred in Business Administration, Telecom, Sales or Marketing
- Minimum 3â4 years of experience in sales management
- Management experience of multi-site/channels
- Good understanding of the telecommunications industry and related regulatory procedures, policies and practices
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of the UAE telecom mass market
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
