Bayzat, a leading SaaS HRTech platform in the MENA region, is seeking a Senior Technology Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for its Work Life Platform. The role entails full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure, with a focus on consultative selling, strategic account management, and building long-term customer relationships. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging insights and data to enhance sales effectiveness, navigate competitive landscapes, and optimize pipeline performance. The position requires strong commercial acumen, the ability to assess business opportunities, and the capability to deliver compelling presentations that articulate the value of Bayzat’s HR, Payroll, and Employee Benefits automation solutions. The role supports Bayzat’s mission to deliver world-class employee experiences while fostering growth within a fast-paced, collaborative, and inclusive environment.

- Manage and drive the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to successful deal closure for Bayzat’s Work Life Platform.
- Self-source leads continuously across multiple channels and develop trust-based relationships to win new business.
- Present Bayzat’s HRTech and employee benefits solutions in a professional, consultative manner to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer experience, fostering long-term relationships and maximizing client satisfaction.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and operations to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment, prioritizing core responsibilities while managing multiple tasks.
- Leverage data insights to add value during buyer discussions and improve sales decision-making.
- Continuously learn about emerging market trends and technology innovations to enhance consultative selling.
Experience & skills
- Proven experience in commercial technology sales, preferably in SaaS or HRTech platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to self-start, demonstrate assertiveness, and maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Analytical skills to assess business opportunities and leverage insights throughout the sales process.
- Proficiency in managing sales pipelines and executing data-driven sales strategies.
