Key responsibilities

• Design architectural and interior projects and ensure successful execution and delivery within cost, timeline, and quality requirements
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and visual schemes using AutoCAD, CAD, Revit, BIM, and other 3D design software while complying with business requirements, local authorities’ regulations, du internal regulations, and HSSE standards
• Ensure design delivery aligns with retail business plans, organizational standards, and agreed timelines
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including business units, MEP, FM, Operations, Technology, IT, and Branding to integrate all required inputs into designs
• Coordinate with external stakeholders including design consultants, contractors, vendors, and local authorities throughout project lifecycles
• Acquire all required internal and external approvals for architectural projects
• Prepare and deliver tender documents including architectural drawings and bills of quantities
• Support business units by developing architectural and interior proposals that enhance work environment quality and wellbeing
• Conduct site visits to proposed project locations and contractor facilities for technical evaluation and work inspection
• Participate in value engineering exercises by proposing alternative materials that meet quality and budget requirements
• Maintain databases of project records and standard construction details for reference and future development
• Review shop drawings, specifications, and construction materials submitted by consultants and contractors to ensure contractual compliance and report discrepancies
• Manage projects from initiation to close-out stages including on-site supervision
