Job description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to lead a team in Dubai. As an Interior Designer, you will work on designing innovative and functional interior spaces for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects, from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities
- Create interior design concepts that align with the clientâs needs and vision
- Develop layout plans, color schemes, and material selections
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements and present design ideas, mood boards, and 3D renderings
- Maximize functionality and aesthetic appeal of spaces while adhering to local regulations, budgets, and timelines
- Source and recommend furniture, fixtures, and finishes that match the design vision and budget
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of design elements
- Produce 3D models and renders to present design concepts to clients for approval
- Monitor project costs and ensure designs remain within budget constraints
- Grow, mentor, and manage a team of interior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support
- Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring efficient execution of design processes and workflows
- Identify and nurture potential of junior designers to help them grow professionally
- Stay updated with latest design trends, products, and technologies in interior design
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, preferably in Dubai or the UAE
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to grow and lead a team
- Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented approach to design
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or luxury residential design (preferred)
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and eco-friendly materials (preferred)
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously (preferred)
