Job description

As a Data Analyst at haus & haus in Dubai, you will own market data and reporting by connecting insights from Property Monitor and internal systems to show what is happening in the Dubai real estate market. You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards that make complex data simple and visual; blend external and internal data sources to produce clear, accurate insights; spot trends, risks, and opportunities in the Dubai property market; partner with sales and marketing to produce reports that tell the story behind the numbers; check, verify, and sense-check data because accuracy matters; and bring insights to life in plain language so every department can take action. The role requires strong Power BI skills (DAX, data modelling, dashboard design), excellent Excel/Google Sheets knowledge, a knack for storytelling with data and communicating insights clearly, great attention to detail with the confidence to flag when something does not add up, and familiarity with real estate data or Property Monitor as a nice to have.
