Job description
The HR Advisor will advise on and execute day-to-day HR operations for Turner & Townsend in Riyadh, ensuring timely, professional support aligned to governance and control around HR issues and regular communication with internal stakeholders. The role delivers professional advice to managers and employees on employee relations matters in compliance with KSA Labor Law and company policy, while supporting Saudization objectives; managing and guiding complex cases including disciplinary actions, grievances, absence management, and performance issues; conducting investigations with complete documentation to ensure fairness and consistency; and supporting the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding. The advisor coordinates payroll and benefits administration with finance/payroll teams, maintains accurate records of HR processes, and continuously reviews and improves HR processes to drive efficiency and enhance employee experience. Tools and competencies include application of Saudization law and local labor compliance, governance and control practices, MS Office for reporting and documentation, use of HR systems/HRIS, records management, investigations protocols, and coordination across cross-functional stakeholders within a global professional services environment spanning real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources.

- Manage and guide complex HR cases including disciplinary actions, grievances, absence management, and performance issues to consistent resolution.
- Conduct investigations, compile evidence, and prepare complete case documentation ensuring fairness and adherence to governance and control standards.
- Support the full employee lifecycle by coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Coordinate with finance/payroll to support payroll and benefits administration and resolve related queries.
- Review, document, and improve HR processes and procedures to drive efficiency and enhance employee experience.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to governance and control around HR issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive HR information and records in all activities.
Experience & skills
- Hold a BSc degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Bring 4+ years of experience in HR with demonstrated exposure to employee relations and HR operations.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of KSA Labor Law and Saudization law with the ability to apply company policy consistently.
- Show regional experience with a professional consultancy environment (preferred).
- Be proficient in MS Office applications and experienced with HR systems (preferred).
- Exhibit the ability to manage sensitive and confidential materials with strict confidence and accuracy.
- Demonstrate strong organizational capability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines and schedules while adapting to changing priorities.
- Be eligible as a KSA national to support Saudization objectives as indicated by the employer.
