Job description

Design, develop, and implement complex ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to extract data from various Oracle source systems; transform raw data into a structured format suitable for the Oracle Data Warehouse with a rigorous focus on data quality, data consistency, and data integrity; and develop and optimize ODI mappings, interfaces, packages, and scenarios for efficient data loading. Apply proven expertise across ODI components including Designer, Operator, Topology, and Security; leverage strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation, querying, and performance tuning within an Oracle environment; and apply an in-depth understanding of Oracle database architecture, concepts, and best practices. Load data into Oracle Data Warehouses with hands-on knowledge of star schema, snowflake schema, and dimensional modeling; incorporate data warehousing principles, concepts, and methodologies such as Kimball and Inmon; and perform performance tuning of ODI mappings and Oracle SQL queries. Preferred capabilities include experience with other ETL tools like Informatica and DataStage; knowledge of Oracle technologies such as GoldenGate; familiarity with cloud platforms including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud data warehousing solutions; use of version control systems like Git; and scripting with Python and Shell Scripting.
