Job description
The Senior Program Manager at Inception will lead high-impact AI initiatives, overseeing strategic programs and operational projects to enhance organizational efficiency and performance. Reporting to the Director of Program Management, this role requires managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and scope. The position involves stakeholder management across diverse departments, vendor and partner governance, and driving AI adoption strategies with robust governance principles. The ideal candidate will bring strong program leadership, PMP certification, and proven experience in AI or deep tech environments, while being fluent in Arabic and English to effectively engage stakeholders across the region.

Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for strategic AI initiatives and operational projects.
- Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, finance, HR, and IT.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Resolve conflicts, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth program execution.
- Develop and implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Document and standardize operating procedures (SOPs) across the organization.
- Oversee vendor and partner management, including contracts, performance, and governance.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, for reporting and decision-making.
- Promote operational excellence and drive organizational efficiency improvements.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8–10 years of experience in Project/Program Management, delivering complex projects.
- Proven experience in AI or deep tech environments.
- Strong knowledge of AI adoption strategies and governance principles.
- Experience in vendor and partner management, including contract negotiations.
- PMP Certification required.
- Hands-on expertise with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
- Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Demonstrated experience in senior stakeholder engagement, including direct interaction with C-level executives.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a strategic mindset.
