Job description
The Marketing Partnership Operations Specialist at Deliveroo in Dubai is responsible for executing the marketing partnerships strategy across the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar. The role supports the Head of Marketing Partnerships in planning, managing, and implementing end-to-end integrated marketing partnership campaigns. It involves close collaboration with global teams, local marketing peers, commercial teams, and legal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives. The specialist applies industry insights, competitive landscape analysis, partner objectives, and customer behavior data to design and implement campaigns with creative approaches. The position requires maintaining strong day-to-day relationships with partner points of contact, building and maintaining trackers for periodic and post-campaign analysis, and generating insights to inform future strategies. The role also encompasses lead generation, negotiation, contract preparation, and internal collaboration to deliver campaigns efficiently, leveraging a data-informed, performance-based approach. Key responsibilities
- Support the Head of Marketing Partnerships in executing Deliveroo’s marketing partnerships strategy
- Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing partnership campaigns end-to-end
- Collaborate with global teams, local marketing peers, commercial teams, and legal teams to align and implement partnership initiatives
- Implement marketing campaigns with a creative mindset based on industry insights, partner objectives, and user behavior
- Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with partner points of contact
- Support lead generation, negotiation, and contract preparation activities for partnership initiatives
- Build and maintain trackers to perform periodic and post-campaign analyses to inform future strategies
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth rollout of campaigns
- Apply a performance-based marketing approach and make data-informed decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5+ years of work experience, including 3-4+ years in Partnerships, Business Development, or Account Management
- Proven experience managing external relationships and coordinating cross-functional projects
- Experience in multi-channel marketing program management and performance-based marketing
- Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to influence, motivate, and manage external stakeholders and internal teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to articulate new ideas and gain support
- Strong learning agility and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Excellent negotiation and execution skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Arabic language proficiency required
- Knowledge of the Middle East region preferred
