As a business analyst intern, you will join a client service team for 8â10 weeks, contributing to workstreams to help solve some of the toughest challenges our clients face. These clients include influential organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to innovative startups. You will be expected to deliver solutions that address immediate needs and drive long-term change, demonstrating judgment and integrity. You'll go beyond advising, uncovering strategic challenges, creating actionable plans, and working with clients to implement transformations. Youâll collaborate with both clients and colleagues to research, analyze data, conduct interviews, and develop fresh insights. The role emphasizes client empowerment to ensure enduring impact. Experience & skills

- Ability to create deliverables such as PowerPoint decks, Excel models, or written reports
- Exceptional time management in complex, largely autonomous environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours and take on short-notice projects
- Ability to travel and work in challenging or non-traditional environments
