Job description
High-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients are the focus for this Senior Associate Director in Dubai, with AUM growth and revenue targets as the main measures. New client acquisition runs alongside the care of existing relationships. Advice covers investment, wealth management and private banking products matched to each client's needs. Service standards stay high, since long-term relationships drive the business. Market trends and new investment products are followed closely. DFSA, AML, KYC and suitability requirements apply to every recommendation. Internal teams and external counterparties work with you to build tailored solutions. Candidates need 10+ years in private banking, wealth management, investment, financial markets or financial planning, a proven record of client acquisition and AUM growth, and strong product knowledge, with DFSA familiarity and DIFC private bank or EAM experience an advantage.

Key responsibilities
- Acquire new HNW and UHNW client relationships
- Grow assets under management across the client portfolio
- Develop new business opportunities across private banking and wealth management
- Achieve agreed revenue targets
- Advise clients on suitable investment, wealth management and private banking products
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Deliver consistently high service standards to clients
- Monitor market trends, investment products and changing client requirements
- Ensure compliance with DFSA, AML, KYC and investment suitability requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counterparties to deliver tailored solutions
Experience & skills
- Bring 10+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment, Financial Markets or Financial Planning
- Know Private Banking products and investment solutions in depth
- Prove a track record in client acquisition, AUM growth and relationship management
- Understand UAE financial regulations and DFSA rules (preferred)
- Offer experience with Private Banks or EAMs in DIFC (an advantage)
- Communicate and present with confidence to HNW and UHNW clients
- Manage long-term client relationships with high service standards
