As Director of Residential Marketing for Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh, the role leads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that position Qiddiya’s residential developments as a premier modern living destination, blending luxury, innovation, and lifestyle. Responsibilities span strategic initiative design to drive engagement and customer acquisition; analysis of market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities; close collaboration with project management, sales, and design teams to deliver cohesive, attractive marketing materials; oversight of digital and traditional channels to ensure effective outreach and brand consistency; management and optimization of marketing budgets with rigorous measurement of campaign effectiveness; leadership of a dynamic marketing team with guidance, training, and support; proactive engagement with community stakeholders and participation in industry events to promote offerings; and continuous benchmarking of industry trends to keep strategies innovative and competitive. The position requires a proven track record in residential or real estate marketing, strong analytical and communication capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while enhancing customer experiences and market presence.

Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus
- Bring at least 10 years of marketing experience, particularly within the residential or real estate sector
- Demonstrate a proven track record of implementing successful campaigns that drive sales and customer engagement
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret market data and inform strategic decisions
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Show experience managing and mentoring teams in a creative, results-oriented environment
