The IT Associate at BCG Platinion in Riyadh supports digital transformation projects for leading global companies, focusing on developing and implementing innovative IT solutions, designing and optimizing IT architectures, deploying customized platforms, and enabling clients to adopt agile methodologies. The role includes delivering technology platforms and business-critical IT solutions across data strategies, next-generation customer journeys, and transformational business models. The position engages with cross-functional teams to tackle complex digital challenges including AI, machine learning, robotics, cyber resilience, DevOps, and enterprise IT systems. The Associate contributes to strategic IT implementations, smooths the path for tailored customer journeys, and ensures sustainable and future-oriented digital solutions within a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and vendor-independent consulting environment.

Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of full-time experience in IT consulting
- Knowledge and practical understanding of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics
- Enthusiasm for tackling complex digital challenges and developing innovative technology-driven solutions
- Strong ability to understand and communicate complex topics in English and Arabic
