Job description
Responsible for carrying out operational and tactical Investor Relations (IR) activities. Serves as a point of contact with buy and sell-side analysts and investors. Involved with institutional investors and assists in analyzing the company’s share register to highlight major regional shifts and track active funds.

Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact with buy and sell-side analysts and investors
- Assist in analyzing sell-side financial models and broker reports to inform IR and business strategy
- Act as a point of contact for shareholder inquiries
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate governance for listed companies
- Assist in preparing corporate presentations and investor communication materials
- Prepare quarterly financial releases
- Manage quarterly earnings calls and investor conference calls
- Conduct research and analysis of peers, sectors, and markets
- Monitor market performance and conduct feedback and perception studies
- Assist in analyzing capital markets data and trends
- Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, and shareholder issues impacting the business
- Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in economics, business administration, finance, or accounting
- MBA is an advantage
- 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably in an investment firm
- Background in valuation and modeling
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
