Job description
Responsible for managing and driving regulatory and new product implementation projects for Global Markets and Treasury functions in Dubai. The Project Manager will oversee major regulatory initiatives, including risk, finance, and complex credit derivative projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, stakeholder requirements, and compliance standards. The role involves coordinating across teams, resolving dependencies, and executing project plans efficiently while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives in treasury and capital markets operations.

Key responsibilities
- Drive regulatory project implementation for Treasury and Global Markets initiatives
- Manage new product implementation, including complex credit derivatives
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve dependencies and align project objectives
- Ensure project execution is timely, efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones effectively to senior management
- Oversee project documentation and reporting to maintain transparency and compliance
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Treasury, Risk, Finance, and other relevant teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within Treasury project management processes
- Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational strategy and capital markets operations
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Treasury or Capital Markets
- Basic understanding of capital markets, treasury operations, and credit derivatives
- Experience managing regulatory and product implementation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to resolve project dependencies and maintain execution focus
- Proven track record of delivering complex financial projects on time
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with risk, finance, and treasury regulatory frameworks
