The Creative Design Director provides overall creative leadership within the organization, establishing and maintaining the company’s design vision, creative direction, and design standards across all projects. The role is responsible for defining and leading the design strategy, making high-level creative decisions, and overseeing both concept design and detailed design outputs across multiple teams. The Director mentors senior architects and develops the creative capabilities of the department to ensure consistent design excellence. Acting as the company’s representative in major client meetings, presentations, and design competitions, the role collaborates closely with business development to support project acquisition and ensure that all design solutions are innovative, functional, and commercially aligned. The position oversees project performance, quality management, and overall creative delivery, ensuring that architectural outputs meet strategic objectives and uphold a strong, award-winning creative vision aligned with the company’s standards.
