Job description
Honeywell is hiring a Senior Program Specialist to manage operations, service and sales support, and lead complex projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing operational functions, coordinating with service and sales teams, managing project execution, ensuring compliance with quality and cost targets, and maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will also manage subcontractors and vendors, ensure risk and quality compliance, drive process improvements, and lead cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
- Manage overall operational functions, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Provide support for services operations, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with sales team to provide necessary tools, information, and resources to improve sales effectiveness
- Serve as a communication link between operations and sales teams, facilitating collaboration
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within operations and sales support
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and closing of complex projects
- Develop detailed project execution plans including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed expectations
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards
- Manage project changes using verification techniques and maintain a change log
- Perform comprehensive risk management to minimize project risks
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools
- Implement cost control measures to manage project expenditures effectively
- Lead, motivate, and develop project teams
- Support P&E and sales account managers with cost optimization and execution models for securing orders
- Measure and control project metrics including quality, delivery, cost, and schedule
- Conduct weekly project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Experience & skills
- 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, Engineering Delivery, Operations and P&E support
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Experience in after-market services, agile methodologies, and digitalization projects
- B.E, M.Sc., M.Eng. or equivalent
- PMP Certification
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
