Key responsibilities

• Manage overall operational functions, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Provide support for services operations, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with sales team to provide necessary tools, information, and resources to improve sales effectiveness
• Serve as a communication link between operations and sales teams, facilitating collaboration
• Identify opportunities for process optimization within operations and sales support
• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and closing of complex projects
• Develop detailed project execution plans including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management
• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed expectations
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards
• Manage project changes using verification techniques and maintain a change log
• Perform comprehensive risk management to minimize project risks
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools
• Implement cost control measures to manage project expenditures effectively
• Lead, motivate, and develop project teams
• Support P&E and sales account managers with cost optimization and execution models for securing orders
• Measure and control project metrics including quality, delivery, cost, and schedule
• Conduct weekly project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders
