Job description
This role drives OKX’s partner-led growth across the UAE and wider MENA region, focusing on acquiring and scaling high-value affiliates and influencers to boost user acquisition, trading volume, and long-term engagement. The position combines strategic development of affiliate and KOL programs with hands-on campaign execution, partner management, and performance analysis. It requires strong ownership of daily operations, deep ecosystem familiarity, and the ability to build relationships, refine program structures, and support community-focused initiatives such as workshops, events, and university outreach. Success depends on managing pipelines, optimizing performance KPIs, and ensuring competitive presence in a dynamic crypto market.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and onboard high-potential affiliates and influencers across UAE/MENA
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to uncover new partner opportunities
- Support development of scalable affiliate and KOL programs focused on education, engagement, and optimization
- Assist in planning and executing community events, workshops, and university activations
- Manage daily operations with affiliates, KOLs, and agencies to deliver seamless campaigns
- Monitor acquisition, activation, and trading KPIs to identify growth opportunities
- Analyze partner performance using dashboards and trading data
- Develop reporting frameworks for ROI, partner activity, and user acquisition impact
- Coordinate with creative teams and agencies to produce campaign assets
- Ensure compliance and operational accuracy across regional initiatives
Experience & skills
- 3–6 years in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or partner success roles
- Experience scaling affiliate/KOL pipelines in MENA
- Fintech/crypto/trading experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing agencies, partners, and campaigns
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Fluent in English; Arabic strongly preferred
