Job description
Conflicting priorities between Emirates NBD and RBL need settling quickly, and this Senior Manager in the RBWM integration team at Meydan, Dubai, is one of the people who settles them. Integration workstreams run under your lead, from roadmap and Target Operating Model through to consolidation of Operations, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Finance, HR, Procurement and Compliance. Retail products are reviewed for overlap, pricing is benchmarked, and RBL's product approval processes and backlog are mapped. Technology matters as much as process, so application and architecture catalogues and their interdependencies need to be understood, and Digital and STP product opportunities identified. Governance runs through Steering Committees, RAID logs, decision papers and portfolio MIS. Risk carries real weight here, with an integration risk register, mitigation plans and close work with Risk, Compliance, Audit and Legal on controls and audit observations. Synergies are tracked against approved business cases while business continuity stays protected throughout. Expect to bring 12 or more years of experience, including 6 in banking or financial services and 3 leading large transformation or integration programmes, with PMP or PRINCE2 and Agile certifications preferred.
