Job description
The Partner Growth & Incubation Manager - TikTok LIVE in Dubai is responsible for expanding TikTok LIVE’s local agency ecosystem while incubating and scaling partners through structured programs, community operations, and data-driven execution. This role combines business development, agency incubation, and ecosystem building to drive creator growth and monetization success across the MENA market. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding high-potential agencies, MCNs, and talent organizations; building long-term, trust-based relationships with partners; exploring new collaboration models; establishing and managing LIVE agency communities; designing and executing incubation programs including creator recruitment and monetization acceleration plans; running incentive-driven campaigns to boost creator onboarding and revenue; tracking and analyzing agency and creator performance metrics; using data insights to optimize partner strategies and ecosystem efficiency; providing regular performance reviews and actionable recommendations; and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Campaigns, Content, Product, and Data teams to support partner success and growth initiatives. The role requires ensuring compliance with TikTok LIVE community guidelines, brand values, and safety standards, and demands experience in business development, partner management, live streaming, social media, and digital entertainment.

- Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential agencies, MCNs, and talent organizations to grow the TikTok LIVE ecosystem in Dubai
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on platform strategy, content direction, and growth priorities
- Explore new collaboration and partnership models across live streaming, entertainment, and digital media sectors
- Establish and manage LIVE agency communities, defining engagement mechanisms to improve activity, retention, and performance
- Design and execute incubation programs including agency education, creator recruitment initiatives, and monetization acceleration plans
- Plan and run incentive-driven campaigns to boost creator onboarding, revenue growth, and agency participation
- Track and analyze agency and creator performance metrics including activity levels, revenue contribution, and growth trends
- Use data insights to optimize community operations, partner strategies, and overall ecosystem efficiency
- Provide regular performance reviews and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Work closely with Marketing, Campaigns, Content, Product, and Data teams to support partner success and execute growth initiatives
- Lead partner workshops, training sessions, and engagement activities to share best practices and platform updates
- Ensure all partner and agency activities comply with TikTok LIVE’s community guidelines, brand values, and safety standards
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Media, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in business development within the internet, media, or entertainment industry
- Relevant experience in business development, agency operations, partner management, or ecosystem growth within live streaming, social media, digital marketing, or entertainment industries
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a strong results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English
- Solid understanding of the LIVE streaming and creator ecosystem including agency and MCN models
- Experience building or operating partner/agency communities
- Background in creator incubation, monetization strategy, or ecosystem operations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in emerging technology and digital entertainment
- Experience leading workshops, training programs, or partner engagement sessions
