Job description
Energy and Industrials companies in Saudi Arabia face a wide range of sustainability questions, from decarbonisation and climate strategy to circular economy, waste and water stewardship. EY's Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team in Riyadh helps them find practical answers, and this AM / Manager role supports the practice as it grows. Client work starts with structured problem-solving, defining the issue, building hypotheses and analysing information before shaping solutions. Several workstreams usually run at once, and you keep each on time and at a high standard while coordinating with senior colleagues. Some engagements cover climate risk and disclosure under IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, while others focus on ESG, sustainable supply chains or sustainability reporting. Business development carries real weight, through seeding ideas, proposals, pitches, account planning and market scans. Strong slide-writing and executive communication make a difference, since much of the output lands in front of senior client stakeholders. Expect to bring at least 5 years in sustainability, climate change, ESG, strategy or consulting, with experience across several topics in Energy and Industrials and a base in Riyadh.
