Job description
The role supports end-to-end planning and orchestration of retail media campaigns across Partnerships, Commercial, Ad Operations, and Marketing teams at talabat. Responsibilities include maintaining campaign trackers, collecting stakeholder inputs, preparing campaign briefs, documentation, and performance reports, and ensuring effective communication flow across teams. The position coordinates seasonal events, partner campaigns, regional initiatives, and product launch activities involving new in-app media assets, ensuring their adoption and maximizing visibility. It collaborates with Regional teams to provide execution updates, incorporates commercial and partnership inputs into campaign builds, and aligns campaigns with marketing communication plans. The role requires working within fast-paced, complex environments, managing multiple concurrent projects, building strong cross-functional relationships, using advanced Excel and data analysis skills, and understanding content, e-merchandising, and customer funnel performance to deliver impactful retail media and Q-commerce campaigns that drive sales and customer growth.

Key responsibilities
- Support end-to-end planning and coordination of retail media campaigns across Partnerships, AdOps, and Marketing teams
- Maintain and update campaign trackers and collect inputs from all stakeholders
- Assist in preparing campaign briefs, documentation, and performance reports
- Facilitate smooth information flow across teams and proactively flag risks or delays
- Collaborate with Regional teams to provide campaign execution updates
- Ensure adoption of new in-app product assets to boost campaign visibility
- Incorporate Commercial and Partnerships inputs into partner and seasonal campaign builds
- Partner with Marketing teams to integrate campaigns into communication plans
- Ensure thorough campaign execution and prepare detailed campaign reports for Partnerships and Commercial teams
Experience & skills
- Hold a BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field related to retail, FMCG, Product, or Tech
- Possess 2ā4 years of experience, including e-commerce exposure
- Demonstrate experience working effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of management
- Show proven ability to deliver in complex, fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functionally
- Have advanced Excel skills with experience analyzing datasets and generating insights
- Experience with Looker or Tableau is a plus
- Strong understanding of content, e-merchandising, and the customer funnel
