Job description
The Relationship Manager β Business Banking is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of SME clients in Sharjah and Dubai. The role focuses on understanding client businesses, providing tailored financial solutions, and achieving portfolio growth targets while maintaining strong relationships.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of SME clients to achieve defined financial KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their business operations and financial needs.
- Drive portfolio growth through acquisition of new clients and enhancing existing client relationships.
- Monitor portfolio performance regularly and ensure alignment with monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide customized financial solutions, including FX, Trade, Asset growth, and CASA deposit services.
- Stay updated on SME market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-centric solutions and support strategic objectives.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SME banking or commercial banking, with proven success in portfolio growth and management.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to provide innovative financial solutions.
- Professional certifications in banking or finance are advantageous.
- Strong oral and written communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven mindset.
