Mayak, a real estate company providing a full range of services in the luxury real estate market in Dubai, is hiring an approved Real Estate Agent. The role offers a high percent of sales with top experts consistently earning from $3,000 to $20,000 (and an indicated range of AED 3,000–20,000), access to hot leads and collaboration with major developers in Dubai, career growth with a near-term need for a head of sales department, and training and support from managers and experienced colleagues. The position involves working Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:30. Responsibilities include working with and regularly updating the existing database of buyers and owners, advising on rental/sale of real estate, helping clients select ideal properties, and organizing and conducting negotiations with company clients. The company is actively developing and continuously adding professionals to the team.
