Job description
Turner & Townsend is hiring a Senior Consultant - BIM in Riyadh to lead BIM strategy, planning, implementation, and compliance for major infrastructure programmes. The role requires developing BIM management plans, aligning processes with ISO 19650, overseeing information management, and guiding project teams through all stages of digital project delivery.

Key responsibilities
- Capture client BIM requirements and develop BIM management plans
- Author BIM documentation, audit strategies, QA/QC guidelines, and workflows
- Lead information management at programme/project level
- Conduct BIM strategy meetings and communicate workflows to stakeholders
- Identify BIM-related risks and implement mitigations
- Interface with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure best practice BIM delivery
- Lead and manage BIM professionals within the team and supply chain
- Carry out clash detection and constructability reviews
- Produce reports in line with Turner & Townsend standards
- Peer review BIM work to maintain quality standards
- Support the tendering process with BIM-related supply chain assessments
- Research and develop emerging technologies for BIM delivery
- Act as a digital services ambassador for Turner & Townsend
Experience & skills
- Built environment-related degree
- Minimum 10 years professional BIM experience, preferably in similar roles
- Experience on major programmes preferred
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD) and clash detection tools (Navisworks, Solibri)
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and international BIM standards
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred)
- Understanding of 4D planning and cost management through BIM
- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills
- Methodical approach and ability to challenge constructively
