Job description

As a PRO, your responsibilities include managing all interactions between the company and government authorities. You handle visa applications, labor permits, trade license renewals, and other legal documentation. You ensure the company complies with UAE laws and regulations, monitor important deadlines, and maintain strong relationships with government departments. Your role is essential in supporting smooth business operations and preventing legal or administrative issues.

Key responsibilities
- Represent the company in front of ministries, government bodies, embassies, and external authorities.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and policies related to labor, immigration, and business operations.
- Provide guidance to employees on PRO matters (e.g., visa renewals, cancellations, and related queries).
- Maintain a regular status report on visa processes, renewals, and documentation deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal HR/admin teams and external typing centers or PRO service agencies when needed.
- Handle corporate bank paperwork or police station visits if required.
- Maintain proper documentation related to PRO activities, including passport copies, visa records, and expiry tracking.
- Prepare official letters and submissions to government departments when required.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, regulations, and timelines set by local authorities.
Experience & skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and spoken English. Arabic speaking is advantageous.
- Willingness and ability to work additional hours, as needed, and travel to various client sites.
- UAE National required.
