Job description
The Front Office Executive at KPMG Dubai is responsible for managing the daily operations of the front desk and reception area while providing exceptional client service. This office-based role includes greeting clients, visitors, and employees professionally, handling incoming calls, messages, and inquiries, coordinating meeting room bookings, managing visitor registrations, and liaising with building security and facilities. The role also covers courier services, mail distribution, front desk supply management, and administrative support such as scanning, filing, and coordination with the Facilities and Admin team. The executive supports internal events and office coordination, maintains punctuality, and ensures the professional image of KPMG is upheld at all times. The position requires proficiency in MS Office, bilingual communication skills in English and Arabic, and experience in front office or administrative roles.

Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage all incoming calls, messages, and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate redirection
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are properly set up
- Manage visitor registrations and liaise with building security and facilities for access arrangements
- Handle courier services, mail distribution, and front desk supplies
- Support administrative tasks including document scanning, filing, and coordination with the Facilities and Admin team
- Assist with internal events, meetings, and general office coordination as required
- Maintain punctuality and adherence to office schedule, including flexible Friday hours on alternate weeks
Experience & skills
- UAE National (Emirati) – required for Emiratization initiative
- Minimum High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role (corporate experience preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional appearance
- Strong client service orientation and reliability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality
- Adherence to office schedule and punctuality
