The Store Manager at Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is responsible for the full operational management of a retail store within the organizationās Business Operations, Procurement & Logistics function. The role oversees the achievement of sales targets and maximization of store profitability while maintaining brand and company image and delivering an excellent customer experience. The Store Manager is fully accountable for the daily retail store operations and workforce management in alignment with the overall business objectives of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle. Responsibilities include managing retail store operations, ensuring consistent customer service management across the entire store team, and implementing strategies to increase store traffic, attract new customers, and improve overall sales performance. The role involves continuous sales performance analysis and brand performance tracking by reviewing inventory management metrics including stock level monitoring, identifying best sellers and slow-moving products, and implementing action plans to improve sales outcomes. Operational responsibilities include supervising compliance with company policies, retail compliance procedures, security policy compliance, and health and safety compliance while ensuring accurate retail operations reporting and record keeping procedures. The position also manages financial processes such as cash intake management and cash handling as well as operational processes including stockroom management and stock-take administration to maintain inventory accuracy. The Store Manager works closely with Operations, Buying, and Planning departments by providing analytical insights related to retail merchandising performance, product assortment, product pricing analysis, and competitive market analysis. The role requires monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities to improve retail planning coordination, and ensuring alignment between product strategies and store performance goals. The manager also coaches and trains store teams to enhance customer service delivery through strong product knowledge and retail operations understanding, while maintaining operational compliance and ensuring store standards align with company expectations.

- Analyze sales performance through brand performance tracking, stock level monitoring, and retail analytics to identify best sellers and slow-moving stock.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic, attract new customers, and enhance revenue growth through effective retail merchandising and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies including retail compliance procedures, health and safety compliance, security policy compliance, and financial record keeping procedures.
- Oversee operational processes including cash intake management, cash handling, stockroom management, and stock-take administration to maintain accurate inventory management.
- Provide analytical insights and operational feedback to Operations, Buying, and Planning departments regarding product assortment, product pricing analysis, and competitive market analysis.
- Train and mentor store teams to strengthen product knowledge, retail operations capabilities, and customer service delivery across the store.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 4 to 5 years of industry experience within retail operations with managerial background experience overseeing store teams.
- Possess a proven record of maximizing business performance and achieving retail sales target management objectives.
- Demonstrate knowledge of customer segments and apply customer insights to improve store traffic, sales strategies, and customer engagement.
- Show capability in inventory management including stock level monitoring, stockroom management, and stock-take administration.
- Maintain experience managing operational compliance including health and safety compliance, security policy compliance, and retail record keeping procedures.
- Demonstrate ability to analyze sales data, product performance, product pricing analysis, and competitive market analysis to inform retail strategies.
- Show capability to coordinate with internal departments including Operations, Buying, and Planning for retail planning coordination and product strategy alignment.
- Demonstrate capability to lead store teams, make operational decisions, and ensure timely execution of store-level initiatives.
