Job description
The Manager - Guest Chauffeur Scheduling (Division: Operations; Department: Mobility; Company: Red Sea Global) oversees the execution of all land guest services and transportation for the Mobility division, with a primary focus on guest and employee movements to ensure business continuity while delivering safe, efficient, high-quality service to RSG Standards. The role leads day-to-day transport operations, supervising guest and senior management transfers, monitoring real-time services via Transport Management Systems, coordinating across functional areas for seamless multi-modal integration, and serving as the primary point of contact for all land mobility services during operational hours. Responsibilities span rapid decision-making for task reallocations due to breakdowns, accidents, or incidents; vehicle dispatch oversight for timely and efficient operations; effective incident and accident management with internal teams and stakeholders to minimize disruption; CRM-based tracking and escalation of customer interactions, feedback, and service quality issues; post-operation processes, performance tracking, and staff management; strict adherence to KSA transportation laws and regulations; and leadership of Coordinators, Dispatchers, and Chauffeurs to meet operational standards, safety protocols, and customer satisfaction guidelines through briefings, toolbox talks, and safety reviews. The role manages staff attendance, overtime, and scheduling, aligns transportation services to company guidelines through strategic planning and B2B support coordination, monitors KPIs such as on-time performance, guest satisfaction, driver utilization, and driver behavior, and generates detailed reports for senior leadership to inform decisions. This operations-focused position is full-time and based at the RSG site, requiring excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, time-management, fleet management, safety and compliance capabilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the seamless execution of guest and senior management transfers to maintain high service quality
- Monitor real-time transportation services via Transport Management Systems and address issues to meet operational objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for all land mobility services during operational hours
- Coordinate with relevant departments to integrate and optimize multi-modal transport services
- Make quick, informed decisions to reallocate tasks during breakdowns, accidents, or incidents to minimize disruption
- Oversee vehicle dispatch to ensure timely and efficient operations
- Manage incidents and accidents, coordinating with stakeholders and internal teams to resolve issues
- Resolve and escalate CRM reports to track customer interactions, feedback, and service quality issues and drive improvements
- Lead post-operation processes, performance tracking, and staff management to sustain operational excellence
- Ensure strict adherence to KSA transportation laws and regulations across all mobility activities
- Lead and mentor Coordinators, Dispatchers, and Chauffeurs to uphold operational standards, safety protocols, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct team briefings, toolbox talks, and safety reviews to reinforce efficiency and safety
- Manage staff attendance, mitigate operational setbacks due to absences, and maintain service delivery continuity
- Plan and manage overtime and staff scheduling to allocate resources efficiently for subsequent shifts
- Monitor and track KPIs including on-time performance, guest satisfaction, driver utilization, and driver behavior
- Generate detailed transport performance reports for upper management to inform strategic decisions
- Engage in strategic planning to align transportation services with company guidelines and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate with B2B support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and stakeholder alignment
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
- Bring at least 7 years of industry experience with proven expertise in transportation operations
- Demonstrate leadership and team management across Coordinators, Dispatchers, and Chauffeurs
- Exhibit operational planning, coordination, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
- Show excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities
- Deliver customer service excellence while managing fleet and dispatch functions
- Ensure safety and compliance with KSA transportation laws and company standards
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) at a minimum intermediate level
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for stakeholder engagement
- Be available for full-time, on-site operations at the RSG site
