Job description
AstroLabs is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of their high-end private office offerings at KAFD in Riyadh. This role combines enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem development with a strong focus on Creative and Media sectors. The candidate will be responsible for pre-leasing 21 premium office units, selling compliance services, and driving business incorporation growth in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities
- Pre-sell 21 private offices in KAFD within 8 months
- Achieve at least 75% tenant mix from Creative & Media industries
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Promote and sell complementary services (HR, PRO/GRO, incorporation)
- Establish referral and partner programs for lead generation
- Organize and support events to drive lead acquisition and conversions
- Identify new market opportunities and sectors for expansion
- Track sales activities via CRM and deliver accurate forecasting
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in Saudi Arabia
- Strong network and relationships in Riyadh
- Experience selling to or working with Creative and Media clients
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals
- Experience with event-based lead generation
- Resilient, highly organized, KPI-driven
