Job description

Hard and soft services contracts across a wide portfolio all come under this Senior Regional Manager role, based at the Total Facilities Management headquarters in DAFZA, Dubai. You oversee and optimize operations and service delivery across the full contract base, covering strategic planning, budgeting, P&L delivery, resource management, team management, asset management, and contract mobilization and demobilization. Client retention sits at the center of the mandate, with a target of 100% retention and organic growth of revenue across existing contracts. Contract profitability gets maintained against sold margins, with expenses on materials, consumables, specialist subcontractors, transportation, and other costs reviewed regularly to drive financial performance. You liaise with commercial, legal, procurement, finance, and HR stakeholders, hold monthly and quarterly client meetings, and conduct site visits to review staff performance and resolve service quality issues. SLAs and KPIs get developed and monitored to align service delivery with client and supplier expectations, while CAFM implementation gets reviewed contract by contract. Facilities range widely, from residential and commercial properties to warehouses, retail, banking institutions, royal palaces, data centers, shopping malls, universities, schools, and master communities. Lean Six Sigma practices, sustainable FM approaches aligned with the SDGs, and new cleaning technologies all feed into continuous improvement across the portfolio.
