Huda Beauty is seeking a visionary and commercially minded Director of Product Marketing to lead its global product strategy, competitive positioning, and innovation planning. This role is pivotal to shaping the future of the brandās product portfolio and driving category dominance through data-backed decision-making, compelling storytelling, and seamless cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with extensive experience in beauty or consumer goods, a passion for product development, and a track record of delivering successful, profitable product launches in a global setting.

Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the brandās global product marketing strategy across all categories and channels.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities by decoding market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Lead strategic conversations on innovation, driving expansion into new formats, categories, and shade ranges.
- Oversee product pricing and profitability planning in collaboration with commercial, S&OP, and finance teams.
- Drive product competitiveness by owning the portfolio strategy, range architecture, and positioning.
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Legal, and Creative to ensure market-ready claims and brand-right concepts.
- Develop launch support materials including kits, formats, collateral, and product training resources.
- Lead performance reporting of new product launches, optimizing strategies based on KPIs and regional insights.
- Build a data ecosystem that guides business decisions and marketing resource allocation.
- Act as the strategic lead in aligning internal stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, and digital.
Experience & skills
- 8+ years of global product marketing experience, ideally within beauty or consumer packaged goods.
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven success leading product strategy, go-to-market plans, and end-to-end lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive commercial decisions.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to craft compelling product narratives.
- Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and growing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of global consumer and retailer trends in the beauty space.
- Proficiency in CRM, business intelligence, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Highly organized with project management capabilities to juggle multiple initiatives at once.
