Job description

In this role you will manage payroll operations and compensation programs at Master Works, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, compliance with labor laws and company policies, and maintaining payroll integrity. You will manage and process the monthly payroll cycle accurately and within the approved timeline, reviewing and validating payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, commissions, bonuses, and leave balances. You are responsible for preparing end-of-service benefits, final settlements, and other employee financial entitlements. Your responsibilities include administering employee compensation and benefits programs in accordance with company policies, and ensuring payroll compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI regulations, and company policies. You will coordinate payroll processing with the Finance Department to ensure timely salary payments, and you are responsible for reconciling payroll data and investigating discrepancies before payroll finalization. You will maintain payroll records, employee compensation data, and supporting documentation, and you will prepare payroll reports, compensation analysis, and management reports as required. In this role you will support annual salary reviews, compensation benchmarking, and budget planning, respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, and identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and implement best practices.
