The Senior Solutions Engineer is responsible for recommending optimal solution architectures, diagnosing technical challenges, and delivering scalable integration designs across Lean’s open banking, payments, and financial connectivity products. The role requires strong commercial awareness, enabling the candidate to align technical solutions with business outcomes, accelerate time-to-value, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Responsibilities also include maintaining technical documentation, managing stakeholder expectations, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies. The position involves working with APIs, fintech integrations, banking connectivity, and payment systems while supporting customers across complex technical implementations. The Senior Solutions Engineer also contributes to team development through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and creation of reusable technical assets.
