Job description
The Senior Relationship Manager ā Priority Banking is responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with affluent clients in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive banking and wealth management solutions using a customer-centric and team-based approach. This includes generating new business, increasing revenue through cross-selling, deepening client relationships, ensuring high levels of service, and maintaining compliance with UAE financial regulations. The role requires strong knowledge of ADIBās products and services, financial analysis, and client portfolio management, along with a proactive approach to market expansion and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
- Generate new business through marketing activities, existing networks, and referrals.
- Increase team revenue by cross-selling and up-selling financial products.
- Acquire new-to-bank customers and identify new expansion locations.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads to sales and maintain strong client relationships.
- Build loyalty through trusted client alliances and referrals.
- Collect client data and assess their risk profile and financial appetite.
- Refer clients to appropriate channels based on identified needs.
- Implement Priority Banking services across surrounding branches.
- Monitor service levels and lead efforts to retain customers and resolve complaints.
- Review credit applications, ensuring adherence to process and documentation standards.
- Identify error trends and recommend process improvements.
Experience & skills
- University degree or recognized professional certificate.
- Minimum 5 years of related banking experience in the UAE.
- At least 3 years in financial analysis, financial markets, wealth management, or planning.
- Knowledge of ADIBās retail products, credit policies, and operational procedures.
- Sales or advisory experience with HNIs or priority banking customers.
- Certification in UAE Financial Rules & Regulations.
- Level 3 and Level 4 International Wealth Management certifications.
- Risk in Financial Services Certification.
- Understanding of UAE banking regulations and competitor landscape.
- Experience leading professional teams.
- Strong training, presentation, and computer skills.
