Job description

The Director of Government Relations & Stakeholder Engagement for Building Automation at Honeywell in the UAE is responsible for creating and implementing regional GR strategies, supporting sales growth, and enabling favorable legislative and regulatory environments. The role requires deep engagement with MEA governments and agencies, regulatory advocacy, management of consulting relationships, and execution of strategic meetings with officials to promote Honeywell’s business objectives. The Director collaborates with Building Automation leadership, acts as a subject matter expert on policy impacts, and drives cross-functional efforts to integrate government relations into business problem-solving. This position reports to the Senior Government Relations Director for Honeywell META and aligns with key business KPIs to support product and service sales growth across the region.
