Job description
EY-Parthenon Strategy is a leading advisory team dedicated to supporting clients with impactful decisions including growth strategy, market entry, commercial due diligence, and transaction support. The role involves working with global corporates, governments, family conglomerates, and sovereign wealth funds, often directly with C-Suite executives. As a Strategy Consultant, you will translate client needs into project deliverables, working on engagements such as long-term strategy roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, digital transformation, and greenfield projects.

Key responsibilities
- Participate in work streams and engagements as a key contributor
- Work closely with clients to define project objectives and deliverables
- Deliver strategy-related projects including long-term roadmaps, growth strategy, market entry, expansion strategy, go-to-market strategy, digital transformation, commercial due diligence, and greenfield projects
- Engage with global corporates, governments, public entities, family conglomerates, and sovereign wealth funds
- Support C-Suite executives in strategic and transaction decision-making
- Develop business strategies using market analysis, customer research, and macroeconomic forecasting
- Collect, analyze, and translate large datasets into actionable plans and goals
- Review transaction rationale and deal documents to identify critical risks and issues
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-ranking university
- At least 2 years of work experience in consulting or strategy-related work
- Experience preferably in government, public sector, digital/AI, financial services, energy, or industrials
- Ability to assess industries, products, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, written and verbal
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel within MENA (25–50%)
- MBA or Master’s degree from a top-tier business school preferred
- Experience in client advisory or strategic planning desirable
