Job description
Growth through partners is the brief for this Lead at Schneider Electric in Riyadh, who defines and runs the channel strategy behind wider market reach and stronger partner engagement. New channel opportunities come from analysing market trends, partner potential, customer segments and emerging routes to market. Partners need the right tools, programmes, training and resources to perform, and building that capability falls to you. The transactional business model is also yours to own, with a focus on operational excellence and pipeline acceleration. Go-to-market plans are designed with sales, product and partner stakeholders to drive demand generation and customer acquisition. Strategic channel partners treat you as a trusted advisor, often through joint business planning. Channel performance metrics guide where investment goes and how ROI improves. Marketing, sales, operations and partner organisations all need to move together on strategic initiatives. The position is based on site and suits a strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
