The position manages multiple digital marketing channels including the hotelās website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns while executing broader digital marketing initiatives designed to strengthen the luxury brand presence and attract high-value guests. The Marketing Manager develops and executes advertising campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate revenue growth while ensuring that promotional messaging aligns with the Raffles brand standards and luxury service positioning. The role works with internal teams to create and distribute marketing collateral materials such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional content that support marketing campaigns and brand communications. The position also develops targeted promotional campaigns and special offers to drive hotel occupancy and revenue, particularly during low season periods. The Marketing Manager monitors and analyzes marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing analytics data to evaluate campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization. The role manages relationships with external vendors and marketing agencies to ensure campaigns and initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with brand expectations. Additionally, the Marketing Manager manages the marketing budget, allocating resources strategically to maximize return on investment (ROI) and overall campaign effectiveness while maintaining operational efficiency. Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Possess 3 to 5 years of marketing experience preferably within the hospitality industry
- Demonstrate experience managing social media channels, website platforms, and email marketing campaigns
- Show proven ability to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns and advertising initiatives
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with experience analyzing marketing data and marketing KPIs to provide data-driven recommendations
