Job description
Wipro is hiring a Partner to lead a client account, practice, or vertical within its consulting business in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This senior executive role is responsible for driving consulting delivery, business development, thought leadership, and practice growth. The Partner must foster high-level client relationships, develop a robust sales pipeline, manage consulting engagements, and position Wipro as a leader in digital transformation. This includes leading teams, directing complex sales initiatives, shaping strategy, and engaging in global thought leadership activities while maintaining high utilization and revenue targets.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Lead a consulting practice or client vertical, focusing on delivery excellence and client satisfaction
- Achieve utilization targets and drive team performance across consulting assignments
- Manage client relationships and build strong executive-level networks
- Direct sales activities, large bids, proposals, and revenue pipelines
- Drive business development, including consultative selling and opportunity creation
- Contribute to Wiproâs revenue and order book targets with strong commercial acumen
- Serve as a thought leader, producing insights and presenting at industry forums
- Support IP creation, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the consulting practice
- Ensure all internal administrative processes are completed (e.g., timesheets, appraisals)
- Maintain market-relevant service offerings and capabilities in the practice
- Build strategic partnerships with solution providers, analysts, and industry committees
- Support the recruitment and development of consulting talent to grow the practice
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the practice
Experience & skills
- Extensive consulting and leadership experience in IT, digital transformation, or related fields
- Proven track record in leading practices, sales, and client delivery
- Demonstrated success in building C-suite relationships and closing complex deals
- Strong business development capabilities with measurable pipeline management
- Recognized industry thought leader with external visibility
- Ability to manage high-performing teams and develop talent
- Deep understanding of consulting standards, methodologies, and market trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience managing revenue and practice performance targets
