Job description
Mastercard seeks a Manager, Specialist Sales, Mastercard Identity to own and exceed sales targets across MEA for Mastercard Identity, the global leader in identity verification enabling businesses to link any digital transaction to the human behind it. The role builds and maintains a strong pipeline from prospecting to contract signature, partners with Mastercard Services Business Leads to identify client needs, and works closely with Product Sales Specialists to tailor identity solutions to business, risk, and technical requirements. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, presentations, and workshops to demonstrate value; supporting negotiations and managing commercial discussions with guidance from senior sales leadership; maintaining accurate, timely pipeline reporting in Salesforce; and channeling field feedback to inform go-to-market strategies and product development. The position requires 4ā6 years of enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience with a strong background in payments, risk, fraud, identity, or security solutions preferred; a proven track record of consultative, solution-based selling and achieving quotas; and ideally an established network within financial institutions, e-commerce, acquirers, and PSPs in the region. Tools and platforms include Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator. A Bachelorās degree is required (MBA or equivalent is a plus) alongside excellent English verbal and written communication skills (other languages preferred). The role demands the ability to understand complex client operations, build trust-based relationships, present and negotiate with C-level and senior decision makers, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while adhering to Mastercardās corporate security responsibilities (abide by security policies and practices, ensure confidentiality and integrity of information, report suspected breaches, and complete mandatory security trainings).

- Own and exceed sales targets for Mastercard Identity products within the MEA region
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities from prospecting through contract signature

- Collaborate with Product Sales Specialists to tailor solutions addressing business, risk, and technical requirements

Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages preferred)
