Job description
A major aviation project in Riyadh needs a PMC site supervision team that can hold contractors to the approved design, program and quality bar, and that team reports through this role. You'll lead and manage the PMC site supervision team across every project discipline and work front. The Client, Contractor, Designer and relevant authorities all deal with this role as the primary PMC interface, so consistency matters as much as technical judgment. Construction progress, productivity, resources and sequencing get monitored against the approved baseline program and key milestones. Shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs and inspection requests all get reviewed and coordinated as work moves forward. Aviation-specific requirements, authority regulations and airside operational constraints run through everything, since this isn't a standard construction site. Airside and landside works get supervised together, covering aviation facilities, aircraft pavements, taxiways, aprons and associated infrastructure. Technical issues, NCRs and outstanding actions get tracked through to resolution and close-out rather than left open. Testing, commissioning, snagging, as-built documentation and O&M manuals all fall under this role's oversight as the project moves toward handover.
