Job description
SAIS, the National Cybersecurity Authority, the High Commission for Industrial Security and Saudi Aramco standards SAEP-99 and SAEP-100 all set requirements that this Jubail position puts into practice. Blue Hydrogen Industrial Gases (BHIG), a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Air Products Qudra, produces low-carbon hydrogen, and its critical infrastructure needs protecting from cyber threats. As a first line of defence, you plan, design, implement and maintain cybersecurity solutions across OT and ICS environments. Firewalls, SIEM, VPNs, IDS/IPS, Active Directory, endpoint protection and backup and recovery tools are part of the daily toolkit. Vulnerability assessment, patch management and system hardening are areas where real expertise is expected. Network architecture and system diagrams need to meet regulatory requirements, and on-site ICS compliance projects are yours to lead. Cybersecurity drills, tabletop exercises, incident response and disaster recovery procedures also fall to you. Safety, process control, operations and maintenance teams are close partners in the plant environment. At least 6 years in OT/ICS cybersecurity is required, with certifications such as Network+, Security+, CCNA or ECIH preferred and Saudi nationals given preference.
