Job description
The Business Development Manager role at LikeCard Electronics is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focused on developing and managing B2B sales within the FinTech sector across the MENA region. The role is responsible for understanding and analyzing the FinTech ecosystem using data and analytics, creating and executing strategic partnership approaches, and achieving quarterly GMV and merchant acquisition targets. The position involves building and maintaining partnerships across the services industry, developing persuasive partnership presentations using market insights, trends, and case studies, and collaborating closely with local teams, international counterparts, sales departments, and stock directories to fulfill strategic company objectives. The role also includes setting up and attending virtual and live conferences and industry events, supporting multi-market campaigns, and representing LikeCardās interests externally within the broader creator and services ecosystem.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage B2B sales initiatives focused on FinTech companies within the MENA region
- Analyze FinTech ecosystem data and analytics to generate market insights and inform strategy
- Create, own, and execute partnership strategies to unlock and grow strategic relationships
- Achieve quarterly GMV and merchant acquisition targets
- Develop and deliver partnership presentations using market trends, insights, and case studies
- Build and maintain partnerships across the services industry and advocate for company interests externally
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams and internal stakeholders to achieve company objectives
- Coordinate with international teams on multi-market partnership and growth campaigns
- Organize and participate in virtual and live conferences and attend relevant industry events
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorās degree
- Demonstrate four or more years of experience in sales, marketing, or FinTech roles within the internet industry
- Demonstrate experience in FinTech industry relations within the regional market
- Apply strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and data-driven goal setting
- Demonstrate experience working across local Middle Eastern and global teams
- Demonstrate proficiency in English with Arabic language capability preferred
