Job description
Supports the Trade Sales team by managing due diligence, documentation, and operational support for open account and receivables finance programs. Independently assesses facility structures, validates buyer/seller onboarding, resolves operational issues, enhances process efficiency, and ensures full compliance with bank procedures. Drives risk mitigation through accurate analysis and constructive recommendations while maintaining total independence from sales influence.

Key responsibilities
- Provide full operational and documentation support to Trade Sales for open account portfolios
- Ensure complete and accurate digital storage of all due diligence documents
- Coordinate with Factoring operations, RMs, and clients to meet >95% service levels
- Prepare proposals for facility structure changes including buyer/seller additions or removals
- Conduct large-volume due diligence validations under receivables finance programs
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks through workflow digitization and process redesign
- Ensure 100% adherence to bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Complete all mandatory training and participate in RCSA activities
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints proactively
- Make independent recommendations on factoring facilities and structures based on findings
- Assess client conduct and provide risk mitigation suggestions to Product Managers and RMs
Experience & skills
- Minimum bachelor’s degree; preference for MBA, CA, or accounting qualifications
- 4–6 years of banking experience, ideally in trade finance or factoring
- Preferred certification: Factoring diploma (FCI/FDA)
- Strong numeric ability and computer proficiency
- Deep understanding of financials, trade cycles, and credit principles
- Knowledge of bank products, systems, and UAE regulatory environment
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain independent from marketing influence when assessing risk
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to resolve operational challenges
