Job description
Snowflake is seeking an energetic and strategic Account Executive in Riyadh to develop and manage enterprise-level client relationships, drive adoption of its AI-driven data cloud platform, and exceed sales quotas. The role requires experience managing complex sales cycles, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving consistent revenue streams in the cloud software or SaaS space. Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business while managing ongoing account development
- Engage in C-level and executive meetings to understand IT roadmaps and align with Snowflakeās value proposition
- Develop marketing and customer engagement plans with internal marketing teams
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to contract closure and customer onboarding
- Maintain long-term account relationships to drive customer satisfaction and additional revenue
- Work collaboratively across Snowflake teams to maximize client success and internal alignment
- Ensure sales reporting accuracy and maintain pipeline visibility in CRM systems
Experience & skills
- 5ā10+ years of full-cycle sales experience selling cloud or software-based solutions to mid-market or enterprise clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ ARR quota
- Experience with data platforms, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, BI tools, or data warehousing strongly preferred
- Strong executive presence and experience leading high-level discussions
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, startup-like environment
- Fluent in English and Arabic (native-level preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelorās degree required
