Job description
The Regional Sales Director – RoME role at Salesforce is a senior first-line sales leadership position responsible for leading and scaling Enterprise sales across the Middle East region excluding the UAE. The role leads a team of Account Executives focused on developing, expanding, and deepening Salesforce partnerships with Enterprise customers across diverse industries. Operating in a dynamic SaaS sales environment, the role owns regional revenue performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and go-to-market execution. The position plays a critical role in building high-performing, inclusive sales teams, recruiting and developing talent, supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging with C-level executives, and aligning cross-functionally across the Salesforce ecosystem. The role drives strategic Salesforce sales initiatives, shapes GTM strategy, leverages data-driven insights to optimize performance, and ensures alignment with broader business objectives while adapting to regional market dynamics across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue growth and quota attainment across the Middle East region excluding the UAE
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with Salesforce business objectives
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop high-performing sales talent to build a scalable and diverse sales organization
- Support Account Executives in complex customer engagements, including executive-level meetings and strategic deal pursuits
- Drive pipeline generation, opportunity progression, and revenue optimization within key enterprise accounts
- Provide strategic mentorship and coaching to improve sales execution, closure rates, and opportunity identification
- Establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives within customer organizations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and partner teams across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance insights to Area Sales Management
- Champion an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance sales culture
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong experience selling SaaS solutions and enterprise applications
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce or comparable CRM-driven sales environments
- Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and develop Account Executives with consistent quota achievement
- Experience managing complex enterprise buying cycles and long-term customer relationships
- Strong capability in data-driven decision-making for forecasting, pipeline management, and market analysis
- Experience aligning sales strategy with organizational goals and regional market dynamics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills preferred
